Another great family business, Loki Salmon was founded in 1979. Fishing the waters of Alaska and Puget Sound, their salmon are gilnet caught, handled respectfully, bled and dressed onboard, immediately chilled to below freezing in refrigerated seawater holds, and then transported to Bellingham where their custom processor packs them to their specifications.
